Depends on what you need photographed.
For most people: If you need photos for real estate, roof, agriculture, or a project on that scale, you can usually book 1 week prior.
Large events: A great example of this is a wedding, this takes planning and we request that projects on this scale be booked 14 days or more in advance. The more notice, the more flexibility we have to guarantee you an appointment on your planned day.

While a shot list is not mandatory, it can greatly assist our photographer in capturing the desired shots during your scheduled session, particularly if you won't be present.
If feasible, kindly relocate any vehicles parked in driveways or obstructing important areas you wish to be photographed.
Prioritize tidying up by removing trash and debris.
Please ensure that you are not situated in a restricted area, such as in close proximity to a stadium during a game or near a major airport. If you find yourself in such a location, promptly notify your pilot.
Stay updated on the weather conditions; if rain is expected, it is likely that we will need to reschedule your appointment.
Take note of any potential safety hazards like power lines or tall structures, and communicate them to your drone pilot for awareness.

Drones adhere to the prescribed regulations set by the FAA, ensuring that they conduct aerial photography below an altitude of 400 feet (121 meters). In specific areas, additional limitations on airspace may necessitate flying at lower altitudes or canceling the shoot altogether (if drones are not allowed in that region).

No. However, you may stay on the property if you wish.
We currently accept payments via checks or cash in-person, which are due at the time of service. Please note that we do not accept credit/debit cards at this time. However, we plan to implement this payment option in Q1 2025 for your convenience.
